Pawloma Wedding VIP takes care of your dog's wedding-day logistics — from getting them where they need to be, to helping with the photos, to whisking them away for their Pawloma sleepover once their social obligations are complete. Hunter Valley vineyard weddings are our home ground, and we travel to Newcastle and Maitland venues too.
You enjoy the wedding. We'll handle the VIP.

The photo bit
Yes, we'll help get the shot.
Your photographer handles the magic. We handle the dog who has suddenly decided looking directly at the camera is beneath them.

To be clear: Pawloma is not your wedding photographer. We're the ones making their job easier.
After their star turn
Their social obligations are complete.
Once the ceremony, photos and important pats are done, we'll take your VIP back with us for their Pawloma sleepover.
- No asking a bridesmaid to disappear halfway through the reception.

The practical bits
Do we need to be a Pawloma Family member?
No. Wedding VIP sits outside our normal pet care — no membership, no care application. You book here.
Is our booking confirmed straight away?
Your date is checked against our real diary as you book. Your booking is confirmed the moment the required payment succeeds — until online payment is switched on, we confirm your total with you first.
Who supplies the outfit?
You do, unless we've agreed otherwise. We'll happily wrangle bow ties, bandanas and floral collars on the day.
Who arranges venue permission for the dog?
That's on you unless we've agreed otherwise — venues have their own rules about dogs, and they'll want to hear it from the couple.
