Your first booking includes a complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet. Because getting to know your little VIPs matters. 🐾 No travel charge for it, either. We meet the pets, learn the routine, test the keys and gates, and agree exactly what's needed. Book and pay as usual, then pick a consultation time from your Pawloma Family dashboard — your visits are locked in once we've said hello.
Returning households skip it, unless your address, pets or access change.
Horses, livestock, injections and anything unusual are enquiry-only — we'd rather get it right than rush it.
Home visits run across Maitland, East Maitland, Lorn, Bolwarra, Rutherford and Thornton, through the Hunter Valley, and on our Newcastle route including Merewether, Bar Beach, The Junction, Cooks Hill, Hamilton and New Lambton. Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish and other suitable household pets — including the chaotic mixed households. Horses, livestock and complex care are enquiry-only, so email us and we'll quote personally.
Your first 2 pets are included. Extra small pets are +$5 each and extra dogs needing separate handling are +$10 each, per visit. Every pet is counted once — never double-charged.
Basic non-injectable medication is +$10 per visit and Hayley approves it before anything is charged. Injections and complex medical care are enquiry-only.
Yes — 5% off for 5+ visits, 10% off for 10+ visits, on the visit fees. Extras aren't discounted.

Yes — your first booking includes a complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet, with no travel charge. New households start from $118 in visits (before travel and extras), and repeat bookings never need another one.
No — brief visits suit pets who are happy on their own between check-ins. Pets needing continuous supervision aren't a fit for scheduled visits, and we'll always be honest about that.
Yes, +$20 per extra 15 minutes per visit. We block the full time in our calendar so we're never rushing.
