Referral Program Terms
The Pawloma referral perk — refer a friend, get a night on us — is for approved Pawloma Family members only. These terms are being finalised, and the offer isn't active until they are.
How a free night is earned
- 1. Your friend uses your referral link or code.
- 2. They submit a Pawloma pet-care application.
- 3. Pawloma approves them as a new Pawloma family.
- 4. They make their first eligible paid booking.
- 5. That first stay is successfully completed.
Only then is a free night earned. Clicking a link or submitting an application on its own doesn't earn a reward.

Pawloma is finalising the following before the program goes live:
- What counts as an eligible paid stay
- Any minimum booking requirement
- Maximum value of a free night
- Whether additional pets are included or charged separately
- Whether peak and holiday dates are excluded
- How long a free night stays valid
- Whether free nights can be stacked
- Whether free nights can be transferred
- What happens if a stay is cancelled or refunded
- How duplicate accounts and self-referrals are handled
Fair play
Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't qualify. A new family can only be attributed to one referring member, and existing Pawloma clients are only treated as a referral if Pawloma approves it. Pawloma may pause the program or withdraw a reward where it's been misused — the record of it always stays on file.
